Zup Journal: Your Personal Habit Tracker

The Zup Journal is a personal notebook designed to help you reflect on and track specific positive and negative qualities. It offers two customizable templates:

  1. Habit Tracker: Focus on building or overcoming specific qualities over 21 days.
  2. Action Summary: Plan habits to start, stop, and continue as part of your long-term growth.

How HabitZup Play Works

The HabitZup Mindful Card Game introduces 21 positive and 21 negative qualities. During gameplay, youโ€™ll test your ability to associate the right positive quality, miracle card, or support card to overcome negative traits.

For example:
To overcome anger, you might use the Peaceful card, seek help from family, or practice meditation and breathing techniques.

As you play, you’ll develop an intuitive understanding of how to create action plans and take specific steps to improve yourself.

1. The Habit Template

The Habit template in the Zup Journal includes a 21-day checklist to track your daily progress. When you complete the 21-day challenge, congratulations โ€” you’ve formed a positive habit and mastered that quality!

2. The Action Summary Template

The Action Summary template helps you reflect on your habits and categorize them into:

  • Start Doing: Habits you want to build.
  • Stop Doing: Habits you want to eliminate.
  • Continue Doing: Habits youโ€™re proud of and want to maintain.

This template also serves as an excellent yearly resolution tracker to keep you focused on your goals.
