Why HabitZup?

The post-pandemic world has forever transformed the way we live—introducing work-from-home routines, work-life blending, the overwhelming force of social media, and raising concerns about the mental health of Gen Z.

Yet, with the blessings of the divine and our guru, we experienced a unique journey of living joyfully amidst these changes. Since early 2022, we’ve embraced a simple yet powerful daily practice, using the following affirmation:

Knowing that sharing and bonding are essential, we hold weekly family meetings to co-operatively solve problems, create a loving and uplifting atmosphere, in which each develops discipline, responsibility and spirit of divine service.

We remain close-knit, and cultivate unity by talking together about the experiences of the day and extending our affection and harmony to all we meet.

We take time for training and we value mistakes as opportunities to learn. We forgive ourselves.

Through our thoughtfulness, care and compassion, we allow abundance to accumulate with in our home.

Someone jokingly said that smartphones and social media have transformed our personal lives so much that even parents and children now talk to each other via WhatsApp—even when they’re in the next room! Slowly but surely, human connections are fading away.
