Mahalingam –
Today I completed your Treasure book ‘I’M NOT BUSY’. Well ! I do not know how to begin my comment . Even after reading your book 3 times I am in loss of words to express my feelings and emotions. Your choice of picking he right word at the most appropriate place is commendable.
Whether it is Hippy or Dippy or following of Traffic signals ( Red ,Yellow and green) ,or Meditation, Concentration, MAP , or HEAR ME etc., there is no comparison. It is hard to say which topic s better than the other or Which topic is more important than other. Every topic chosen is equally important and appropriately worded. The more I praise you the lesser it is .
I once again congratulate you and wish you all the success in your endeavour to improve the life of all mankind which is very important in todays life.

I found the use of mapping, simple acronyms, and affirmations a practical way to understand and remember the concepts. The ‘Release’ technique has been especially helpful for me, and I often rely on the support system in my MAP to stay grounded and manage distractions. Every time I revisit the ‘I’m Not Busy’ book, it offers new insights — and I believe you might discover something valuable in it too.

What I like about “I’m not Busy” book is- it’s concise,
practical with simple English and the key words/acronyms
used which can be remembered easily. Also the
pictorial/tabular representation of data will help kids to
recall what they read and will be easy to apply what they
learnt from the book.
It’s a book for all age categories and whatever is taught/read
in the book can be implemented if you want to build new
habits, continue with existing ones and break the old habits.
In every chapter the examples given made me map to my
day to day life habits and how it can be focused to start
small, manageable actions

The book starts as an honest reflection of the author’s life
and slowly unfolds into his journey of experiments with
truth. It explores how age-old tools like mindfulness,
subconscious healing, and self-awareness can be applied in
practical ways to help us face today’s uncertain, often
monotonous city life.
With society pushing us into patterns and uncertainties we
don’t always choose, this book offers a way to pause,
reflect, and reclaim control. It serves as both a mirror and a
manual for anyone feeling caught in the noise, looking to
rediscover clarity and inner strength.
“I’m not Busy” can become a quiet strength if you develop a
smarter mindset.

Author does not claim to fix you. Instead, he holds up a
mirror—softly, humorously, humanely—so you may pause,
observe, and perhaps smile at what you find. In doing so,
you reclaim the only freedom that matters: the freedom to
choose how you live this moment.
You may find yourself in these pages—or you may simply
find the space to be with yourself again. Both are gifts.
As Epictetus once said, “We suffer not from the events in
our lives, but from our judgment about them.” This book
helps you examine that judgment, not with guilt or pressure,
but with grace. You are not too busy. You are simply invited
to be still.

After reading the book, I realized that I’m not actually busy—I was just occupied with a few routine activities that didn’t add much value to my life. Now, I plan to replace them with activities that truly matter.
The concepts of “HEAR ME” and “MAP” seem very helpful. I’m thankful to the author for sharing such ideas that have helped reshape my way of thinking.
