Often, we neglect developing positive habits and spending time with family, yet many of us still manage to spend an hour (or more) on social media! In a recent chat with IISc students at a NASSCOM event, some mentioned spending two to three hours a day on social media. There’s a well-known saying, “What we practice, we become good at.” Sadly, unchecked social media use means practicing distraction. Many parents worry about excessive screen time, yet find it challenging to instill positive habits in their children.
The first step is to decide: “I can, I will, and I am able to accomplish what I plan,” as my Gurudeva affirms. Then, create an SSC Plan!
